Argh, Lloyds TSB... is there a phone number?

I am getting really mad with LLoyds, been rallying letters back and forth for months (6 letters altogether), each letter gets a standard reply "we're looking into your complaint" followed by the "test case, on hold, no point writing to us again" letter. I tried calling Andover "Andover does not accept incoming calls". Finally sent them a letter threatening FO got standard response "we are looking into your complaint".
After the 3rd letter I completed a financial assessment and they acknowledged that I am in financial hardship, put me onto their control account and thats it.
I feel like I am going round and round in circles with them, I'm on JSA, I'm £500 behind with sons nursery fees and they have said they will withdraw his place if I don't pay £400 sharpish no nursery=no childcare=no working.
Are there ANY success stories of Lloyds Hardship claims?!

There is no phone numbers - do not phone the 0845 number they send you as it goes on... and on.... and on .... and all the time you are asked to leave a contact number and they say they will ring you back, but in reality what happens is you get a call that when you answer is cut off in less than a second - this is true
Read my thread i am in a similar position to you concerning Lloyds:
