I quite like that one too. Will have another think later on.0 -
I like that one too. With a one liner below it that captures the spirit of the blog and google key words. A bit like the title to this thread, which originally captured my attention.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0

My advice to most people stuck at this point is: it's nice to get the right name the first time; it's nice to think about keywords and doing keyword research ... but it's also good to just crack on and do it before you lose the impetus.
I'd always say to somebody why not just start it anyway... you can always register a new name a bit later if you come up with a goodie - and copy/paste or export/import your existing entries over.
My first WP blog was banned for a Violation of T&Cs.... hadn't really read them or taken them on board ... and all I was doing was what a bunch of other people were doing, so I thought it was all OK and I wasn't doing anything bad.
Same with Yahoo ... banned from there too.

Nope: he quite literally self prints!0 -

What, on his trusty Epson then puts it together with a spiral binder? I've thought of doing that with a kids' picture book I've got in mind.0 -

The woman speaks sense (as usual) I also think fc and Shakethedisease are giving some really good advice here.
Max use the content of this thread as a starting point and just get on and do it. And post us a link.0 -

Sent Max link to 'Elsewhere' too...just in case 'here' is too ..well.....heavy for the first draft.
Has got me thinking though.
One needs a theme too....thinking Maxes could be the Job Centre experience as well as all the day to day coping stuff.
I can't wait to do one but I will have to it after the events......written in the present but from past experience.
I'm thinking Max should forget google ads for the time being....concentrate on content (the JSA will have to suffice for now) then post link to Sunday Times type of publication. Nothing ventured and all that.0 -

LOL, no! Bought stuff to actually print stuff, a printing press I guess. Way back in the sixties or seventies now. I've never seen it, but have a few of the resultant books.
Another way to print books is to sent them overseas. the aforementioned ebooker had a book printed in China.0 -
Well the blog discussed above in this thread is up and running and I created a new thread in here to let all you good people know where it was in case you'd like a read.
And for some reason "management" have removed the entire thread!
And also changed my Sig, which had a link in it.
Still trying to find the "law" I've broken (perhaps someone could point me to it if they know?) but given that it wasn't a commercial site and was relevant to this it seems a tad draconian.
Anyway, since I'm not allowed to link to it (unless I can get the "ruling" overturned once I find the law I've broken) perhaps I might be permitted to at least say that if anyone would like to PM me, I'll gladly PM you the link.
Hope so anyway.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
