The electrician who the firls think fancies me fixed it. The cold water pipe was plumbed into the mains supply instead of the tank in the loft. Mains pressure v hot tank pressure was always going to win hence the problem. Bless him.

Sorry to hear about your wrist Toto, from someone else with an undiagnosed problem, it must be a relief to finally know either way.

I think you could do wonders working with disabled children in some way, your knowledge is so broad.

Toto, I tracked back till I found your news - very bad, and I'm sorry to hear it. If you've long had a sense of it, do you have any idea what you might want - I read the adrenalin thingy..... sailing instructor? No ..... hmmm.....

I originally came on the chat thread, tho I *know* I haven't posted often enough on here, but I was busting to tell someone. I was just weeding in the garden (i.e. grabbing handfuls of annual weeds, and shoving them in a binbag) and there was lots of rustling and squeaking nearby. Not a cat. So I stopped and saw lots of foliage waving where there was no wind. Waited some more. An adolescent fox, maybe three feet long, pops up already in my garden, about eight feet away at max! I said hello quietly, and he didn't run off right away (well, he waited about three seconds). It was great! I'm off out there for a bit more to see if anything else is out there.

Sexy bum didn't have a clue what was wrong so I'll stick with the brains in future. Electrician guy has done it for free too.

Next job is to sort out the foxes.

Er - he is a very pleasant guy.

I will stay as I am - I think the girls are imagining things.
Although I could do with a little looking after at the moment - feel totally unable to cope today.

He is coming to collect some old slabs at the weekend and wants some gardening advice. Maybe I should flirt a little. :rotfl:
