Well done, and I've pinched your penguin ;)

    Toots :A

Just got back from shopping with DD 15yo. I hate shopping, but she loves it, so I'm knackered, and sat here with a cup of tea :o Luckily we had to be back for her to go to a revision class, or we'd be there until closing  I bought some pork from the market, so will be ready to start sausages tomorrow :j

Going to start HHI 1:45 - 2:15, then HHC to finish Mon and Tue lists ;)

If you are still not feeling up to it i will do them next week then you can return to normal stargiving and welcoming after that. Just to make sure you are fully rested.
hhhmmmmm.........that brings to mind a saying ....something to do with pots...kettles...black!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I think you are the one that should be resting - I at least havent got an operation to get over!!!!:A:A:A:A
justamum thats great news about MIL- what a relief for you all. yes I agree the lights thing is a bit bizarre but then in ICU/HDU most people are extremely ill and they need the lights on in the event of something happening to a patient and faffing about to put lights on could be the difference between life and death for someone:confused: It will be good if MIL is well enough to get home soon - then DH can start thinking about her move. (hugs)

MUDBATH!!!!!!! are you starving my poor Stripes again??? bad mudders - tell Stripes I will send her a food parcel asap!!:rotfl::rotfl:
Lady-L awh how gorgeous I love them and a black one toooo - give him a cuddle from me! And you are getting 2 kittens - lucky you - you will have plenty of entertainment for a while! make sure you rest - its a very important part of the chemo - it allows your body to cope with the gunk they give you - if you are constantly on the go the body just gives up - it cant multitask !!!! As for writing a book I wish i could - I have often thought about it but dont know what to write about. I have thought about a blog but it doesnt bring in any money!!!
Abbie - healing thoughts and prayers for your Dad - *successful operation* vibes especially. keep us posted and try not to get too stressed - not good for you and bubs. (((hugs)))
G&B fantastic - time to relax!!!!!
LilySue its the list of names and addresses of the flyers that took part in last Christmas's card sending! As for being in awe - please dont be - I did that epic post over the last couple of days - just kept adding to it - so I didnt remember it all (my memory is good but not that good!!!:rotfl:) Actually I am going to email you when I get a moment and get my sensible head on as I noticed you said you were struggling doing posts - I will try to give you a way of doing it that you might find easier.

Ok I am going into town..........dont get worked up now....... I have to go and post a book that I sold when I was MIA and I want to go and check how my things are doing at the auction today.
Then my nice friend E is coming to take me for a coffee and some shopping later this afternoon.

I have had to bring the washing in but will be putting it back out before I go as the rain has passed over and it is nice just now.

    back later
    have a great afternoon
    toots xx

ETA penny that penguin is just right for you!! xx

Dad is having his op as we speak. Unfortunately I can't be in London, but he has been in my thoughts and prayers all morning. Mum will call later with any news, but they were expecting him to be in theatre for a minimum of 4-5 hours.

Fingers crossed for your dad. Hugs for you.

    Another keen one!

Just got a letter from the hospital - DH is going in for an endoscopy  (camera into his stomach) to check on his ulcer. His tablets don't seem to be working any more. What with that and his neuralgia I do feel sorry for him.

Lots of love to you for making Toots so happy. xxx

PS - thank you again for adding my name to the card xx

ETA - no I am not writing xmas cards............ I cant help but notice lots of people arent on here.

Is there anyone in particluar who keeps this up to date? If no one does this already, and there is anyone who would like to be added to the Flylady Contact List.......PM me your details and your email address and I will email everyone an updated copy.

You can, if you wish, just provide an email address to receive E-cards etc.

    Love n hugs to all

Sorry if I've confused you.....nearer xmas it might make sense :rotfl::confused:
