I live in Madrid and we get Sky tv. We have a very large disc on the roof of our house and a sky box. We only get the free to air channels, which is fine for us. If you look in the various free english mags in Madrid, you'll find lots of ads from people selling and installing SKY equipment.0

A lot, but not all, of these people pray on both expats' language problems, the misapprehension that they are connected to Sky and generally mystify the whole process. The OP would almost certainly be better using a local company for installation.
The box can be bought from Ebay for around £40. A card can be obtained via a family member for £19.57, which will give the free to view channels. All that remains is for a dish of the correct size with a decent LNB to be erected and the card to be activated.RIP independent MSE.

Thanks everyone for your replies! I've found a solution for the moment that works. It's a program that I downloaded and it shows british tv. Might not work for long tho.. so thanks for the other solutions!0
