OSPS contacts
I purchased my new mobile back in Jan and was told during the call that as a thank you for purchasing by phone I would be sent £20 worth of highstreet vouchers within 14 days.
14 days came and went and no vouchers.
Since then I have been emailing customer services of OSPS who say this isn't standard policy and can't help.
I requested they find the call recording to check.
They have now come back to me and claim they can't find the call so can't pay out vouchers.
What can I do now? Does anyone have any contacts at OSPS or know of direct email addresses for management in sales, customer service or any where in fact!?
It's the principle that is at stake here - I know £20 isn't much but they did promise it to me!

I had the same problem with them. They wouldnt give me my twenty pounds referral vouchers. I kept calling them and they kept making excuses. Make sure you call them using their 0800 number (sorry I dont have it to hand), that way at least they are paying for the call. I got my vouchers after many, many calls.0

I've sent an email asking for contact names for managers.
Will see what happens, I'll keep you posted.
If anyone has any ideas then please let me know.0 -
Hai,
sorry to be pessimistic. This is an outfit which are trying their best to frustrate the customers. If you are going to be applying for cashback in future, get ready to be patient, thick skinned(they go to any lengths to avoid paying).
1.do not rely on the answers from customer services
2. send letters or paper work by special delivery (if you send it by recorded delivery - invariably they say - not received !!! yes not received . then they will ask for proof of posting - costs money and time to get the proof of positng from post office.
3. they change their terms and conditions.
for more details of their tricks - read the osps cashback discussion area. they are the worst outfit as per my experience and others on this board.
