From what I can find this seems the best contract for DD as it's £14.68 per month with free phone (she wants the touch screen LG cookie) 100 mins and unlimited texts. It's a 24 month contract.

If I go via quidco it's £30 for the contract.

If I go via Dialaphone I can have the same deal for £9 per month plus £60 for a new contract. However I have to do cashback over 2 years.

If I go into the Orange shop will they offer me any sort of deal to come close to Dialaphone?

One of my friends who is on contract with Orange and was at the end got this deal from their retention dept. for £10 per month plus new phone.

Never done a 24 month contract before (only 12 or 18) is the phone only guaranteed for 12 months?

I'd say not to bother with the orange shop. Dialaphone deal sounds best. Dialaphone are one of the few who I believe are generally reliable with cashback so you should be OK as long as you know what you're doing! Not sure about the guarantee, I'm sure someone will be along soon who does...

I have used dialaphone for last two years and until the most recent cashback they have always been very quick to pay up but I had to chase 3 times for last lot.

i just took out a contract with orange and the phone is only under warrenty for 6 months, had to have a new one last week but the warrenty starts again for another six months once i had received the replacement phone.
I have 200mins, unlimited texts and 3 magic numbers plus a phone on a 18month contract for £12.87 a month
