I had a look at the billing section on the Sky website and I couldn't see a charge for paper bills.

If your enquiry is for Sky TV billing, them I dont think you get a bill as such at all, if you change package then you get a letter from them with the new direct debit amount, if you mean paper bill for the telephone service then you have posted in the wrong section, but I think the 'standard' billing method is paper free, but if you request a paper bill then they will provide one for no extra cost, dunno if you request one thats the way you get bills from then on, or if you have to request a paper bill every month

Once you're logged into 'My Sky,' you can click on Paperless billing in the Billing section. In there, there's a tab to click for paper bills.

does anyone know who actually has paper billing if you get charged a fee ??
