Hi
I currently have a single feed from a quad LNB to a standard Sky box, when the contract runs out with Sky, i'm hopefully going to be getting a Freesat+ HD PVR so will need 1 more feed from quad LNB.
How much will it cost if i want to do it myself?
What type of cable, connectors, clips etc etc etc are recommended ?
I'd be looking at around 20m of cable from the dish to inside the living room if that helps
Thanks

I currently have sky plus which uses 2 of the outputs from the quad LNB. Last year I got a freesat box and used one of the 2 unused outputs. I bought the cable and plugs from B&Q, they are all standard stuff so available from lots of places like Maplins etc. The cable was coax & specifically for satellite TV
The cable and connectors are nothing special (I think they only did one type) but the picture in HD is superb. You can also buy a face plate with a satellite socket which makes things neater if you run the cable through the wall & its visible. Sorry I can't remember exact costs, it was too long ago, but I am sure including cable, 3 sockets, cable clips & faceplate was approx £250 -
I bought my cable and F connectors on Ebay from here.
I think the cable clips are 8mm, but the box I bought from Homebase actually stated 'satellite cable clips' on the box.Dave. :wave:0
