freezer - seller ignoring me

    I had a seller last week who relisted an item I had won. I opened a dispute with paypal and had a refund a few days later. I gave the seller a neg. and she went potty sending me messages, retraction requests etc.

    LOL - I remember reading that one...all sorted now then! Hope you didn't retract :D

    No I didn't retract. She put a nasty comment as positive feedback so I put a sarcastic follow up.

    She replied to my neg saying she had now refunded and I responded saying "only days after I opened a paypal dispute".

    She made it so much worse as my first neg comment was just factual i.e. seller relisted after I paid! Now it says how she didn't refund till I disputed.:D

    She also kept sending me messages about how hard her life was and this was her business I was ruining so in the end I told her I had reported her to Ebay as a non performing seller. That shut her up!:D

    I take it you reported this false positive to ebay who then removed it? If not, then you can and should.
