Blackberry Bold on Three have you upgraded

Hi,I was wondering if anyone that has upgraded to the Bold on Three are having the same problems as myself.....

1.The phone does not let me set up the Blackberry enterprise email or even set up a personal one.:(
2.Surfing the net this should be free as I have the £5.00 internet add on,but checking my account theres an £7.75 for data amount used.:(

I have had Three techincal services on the phone for over 3 hrs in the last 2 weeks and they could not find a solution,so I went back to the Three store where the phone came from they brought out another bold for me to try and that was the same could not get onto Blackberry enterprise he then went onto phone a colleage who advised him that I have to wait for my bill date the 19th then this would be activated.


Even taking into account the agro I've gone through the Bold is still one of the best phones I've had.:):)
