Hello

Last night I tries to put o a virgin sim card into my phone and now it wont accept any sim.It just says insert sim

The sim I had in there was a Virgin one.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what has happened?

Oh okay then I put the sim card in the wrong way round...thing is I have the phone like that for 2 days !!!!
