Advice needed on paypal dispute

Congrats karenw you are lucky!
On 6 May I bought Take That tickets on ebay for Wembley 3 July as a birthday pressie for OH. The seller is a power seller with an excess of 2500 feedback, 99% and a member since 2005 selling various tickets to gigs.
I have not yet received the tickets and logged on to ebay tonight in order to send the seller a meesage....now for the twist.....I have found that the seller is no longer registered on ebay. I have reported this via paypal and the seller has till 16 June to respond. I have also contacted 1 or 2 people who left feedback for him to find out if they have received their tickets yet.
What do you think the odds are and how long before I should request the sellers details from ebay/paypal???
Sorry to hear that, have you had any luck with the seller yet?0 -
