AVG8.5 security suite and Itunes and tesco music

Wouldnt have a clue as ive never personally been ona computer with the full AVG suite. Firewalls are all basically the same though so SOMEWHERE there will be the options of changing each and every program thats tried to access the net or the nets tried to access your computer (Inbound and outbound). Anything thats blocked could create problems (unless of course it was something nasty)

But from whats been said the problem cant be fixed that was as AVG has already been uninstalled? If thats the case then AVG is NOT the problem. Or its changed some settings and even when uninstalled it keeps those settings somewhere

I am going to get her to uninstall avg suite and use the removal tool as well, then turn on windows firewall(as a precaution)and go directly to the tesco site and see if she can download the music she has bought. Strict instructions not to go anywhere else on the internet. and see if this works. if it does then it is avg if not then it is the router(again)if you remember I asked questions about how to get it to work with the xbox. I got it working then.thanks for your help appreciated. Oh I will see if she can do a hijack this file and get it posted here. I did think that there may be something sinister on the computer but dont know.
