Help please internet but have no phone line

Hello there.

I would be very much grateful if someone could assist me with my query.

I currently have been using th "3 dongle" for the past 18 months and now my contract has finally come to a end. To be honest it helped me out but was v.slow and had 3gb usage allowance.

Now for the snag, i do not have a phone line but want broadband.

I have read VIRGIN MEDIA do a package called Large package for about £20 which requires no phone line and you get the free router etc etc, however i have read some terrible reviews such as capping allowance during peak hours for downloads and poor customer service.

therefore is there any other internet provider that does broadband still gives unlimited downloads and surfing without all these snag's for about £20..and you do not need a phone line...and please i do not want another mobile dongle....

How do you think you can get a broadband service that isn't wireless broadband (3) and isn't cable service (Virgin Media) without a BT line? All ADSL service require a phone line, unless you go the cable route with Virgin, assuming it's available in your area.
Satellite broadband is available but not for £20pm!

virgin do cap speeds yes but goin from a 3 dongle to a 10 meg at most speed you will have much better speeds even when it is capped at 75% which if u dont download 24/7 you wont hit much

He could go for WiMAX.. fixed wireless.. up to 134Mbps.. Even Lithuania is rolling it out.. Worth moving there for it, perhaps?

Virgin is the first (and only alternative) for having BB. without a phone line. You get a hi speed and unlimited download (As they announce).
