check the feedback first but go for it!
My point was that if it does not turn up then ebay protection does not apply. It has nothing to do with feedback, it is whether or not you trust the Royal mail to carry cash, and personally I do not.

hence my suggestion of using the royal mail signed-for service for sending overseas. gotta be cheaper than the £9 nonsense bank transfer charge0 -
I asked someone who worked in the RBS how much they charged for an international transfer and she said it was between £17 - £20 :-0
I've sent the seller a message saying that this will, in effect, double the price of the shirt and is there no way I can paypal him instead.0 -
It cost me approx £25 approx to send money to Japan before Christmas0

I did get a response from the German seller and he has now accepted payment by paypal.
Hopefully now I'll keep my 100% feedback.
