I,ve used lots of vouchers at different tills it amazing the amount of sale items you can get for £1 - £1.50 effectively free. Great post. Stamps might be a good buy you can always use them. Free chocolate is also good. Happy hunting

you could always save the voucher to disk and print off on pc with printer access
  • Hi, after a bit of advice.

In order to do this would it be best to pick up a temporary card first, then signup for the emails?

Thank you. I used the voucher yesterday when I bought stamps and some other stationary. Unfortunately I left the bag hanging on the front of the shopping trolley and must have spent about £2 in petrol driving back to get it. Luckily the security man had taken it in otherwise I would have been well fed up. But thank you.

I tried to buy some stamps (before the price rise) and was told you can get points on stamps so you can't use it.

Such a shame I had to buy some chocolate (overpriced - BUT FREE)

    Thanks

I managed to find the till with the muppet of the week serving on it

I printed off a few vouchers and headed off to WHS to bag a few bargains. The end of the month is always good for the latest magazine releases and there were a few I wanted.

Went to till #1 with my £4.99 magazine, no problem, lady typed in the code and 150 points added to my card.

    Brill, I thought.

Picked up magazine #2 and headed off to the back of the shop to the rear tills. Handed over the mag and my card and voucher...very confused look by the MOTW (Muppet of the Week). "I don't know what to do with this, I'd better call my supervisor over". No problem, I thought....

Until the supervisor came over...and it was the lady who served me 3 minutes earlier

    Rumbled

She wouldn't add the second voucher as I had already used one. Decided to leave the shop after that, probably before I got thrown out

Still, £1.50 off my 1st mag. Can't complain at that. Thanks to the OP for this one.

    Cheers,
    Kevin.
