He said the voucher did not say only one per transaction, and points credited correctly.

It does say one voucher per clubcard member though in the t&c

I've read the thread and maybe missed this info, but can you just get a card in store or does it have to be sent out? Thanks.

Do you have a process by which you can feed this back? I think the logo would be really useful, as would be perhaps some colour within the voucher to prove you've not been abusing the office photocopier?

No not really, sorry. I could speak to my manager but i doubt anything would be done about it. I have no contact with head office.

I suppose you could always email the club card department though, they are quite helpful when it comes to things like that. Also, messages to the store would be helpful to let staff know that we accept the vouchers, we received no notifications that these even existed.

I took this voucher to WHSmiths the other day and the girl took £1.50 off my transaction - didn't try and scan it just typed something into the till and the total was reduced by £1.50 - I wasn't complaining as I don't mind the money off now or the points to use later same thing really. Have printed a couple more off to try this weekend - my clubcard balance has never looked so healthy. Thanks to OP.

Ah yes, but not on the coupon! Our learned friend says his store was not even aware beforehand, so it would be hard for a store to police that .

A very nice lady (Kings Heath, Birmingham) who served me today phoned up to check how best to put it through the tills, and was told that it was permissable to use mutiple ones, but in different transactions.

Anecdotally, a friend today bought 7 items totalling £12.50 (Solihull) and the checkout chappie put through 12 vouchers as he thought that was the right thing to do. Said friend was vey grateful and paid up quick before he changed his mind.

    Night all

Thank you. I used the voucher yesterday when I bought stamps and some other stationary. Unfortunately I left the bag hanging on the front of the shopping trolley and must have spent about £2 in petrol driving back to get it. Luckily the security man had taken it in otherwise I would have been well fed up. But thank you.
