I'm really lucky in my town with supermarkets and fast food, we have Sainsburys, Tecso, Asda and Lidl all within 10 mins of my house and 2 Burger Kings, McDs, KFC and Dominos all about the same distance !!

    Spoilt for choice :)

I'm just a big softee and can't get enough of seeing my little girl. I have scan pics both at home and at the office. I'm sure most people think I'm mad but everyone thought I would never be able to have children so I really don't want to miss a single thing. I just keep thinking that it's not something I will be able to go back and do again if I decide to in the future. The scan info says best between 26 and 30 weeks, though I doubt if one more week would make much difference.

Remember the bigger the baby the less you'll get of your bubs on the scan. I only got the head and some of the back on my 22 week one. You;ll have the real thing soon enough. Why not save the £65 and spend it on something nice for the new baby instead?

I've got raspberry ripple, that will have to do.

Where is everyone tonight? is it just us, I wanted to know if Glam enjoyed her footie... not that I have a clue who she supports or who won:rolleyes:

thing is harley, its a lot of money for 10mins of seeing a fuzzy picture that you will probably look at once again in the next 5 years after the baby is born :)

We wont tell you not to have it as it is very much personal choice and a lot of the girls on here had one, but us 2 have had kids before and we both dont see the point in them

harley, Rhys was 31wks when he was born so if you look at the pics on Facebook, that's what a 31wk baby looks like ;) As for whether you'll see much on your scan, the place I had my 4D scan does them from 24 to 32 weeks - after that they think baby will have run out of room to get a good enough pic :)

Sounds to me Elle, your body needs them deep sleeps for your own healing. I also agree it would be a good idea to have a chat with the consultant and see if you can request the nice nurse. Hopefully they can sort it out for you, you shouldn't have to be around someone making you feel stressed out and uncomfortable.

Im bleeding because I have major placenta previa and have been bleeding heavy on/off from 21 weeks. I've spent most of the past 7/8 weeks on bed rest in hospital and im now here till delivery. They expect the placenta to rupture or bleed very heavily soon as its torn and cervix has opened.

On a good note though I get 4D scans every week for free.

Glad to hear things are settling for you Tia, no more starbursts!! Take it easy and relax.

hope everyone else had nice days in the sun.
