SugarSpun - why would you feel guilty? If you're not up to it, you're not up to it. Nothing to feel guilty about.

    Enjoy your MC D's MM

DH is taking me to a really nice italian restaurant in town, :j

Im being let out for 2 hours again and I cant wait, I've been starving myself in anticipation all day :o

Im doing fine SS, I've had a few trickles of blood yesterday but have been clear all day today. The problem is there is no way of knowing when and how heavy the bleeds will be.

I'l get another scan on Mon/Tue and will find out if the tear is healing or getting worse. I dont know if your cervix closes again after its started dilating

I've had the steriods and thankfully baby is measuring big at over 4lb. I would still like to hang in there for as long as possible. I usually love being pregnant and feel a bit disappointed that I havent been able to enjoy it all this time.

I dont think you should feel guilty for staying at home, do what makes you and baby feel best!!!

Hehe, that always happens to me too, searching! :)

MrsMoc and SugarSpun.. Sorry, I've either missed something or forgotten :o What is the cause of your bleeding? The docs said if my VP had been found on a scan earlier, I would have been on hospital bed rest from week 24. It's bad enough now - I'm going stir crazy in here!

Just back from seeing Rhys.. He's now moving his foot every time we touch him and keeps stretching out both arms and legs at once and squidging down into his nappy as if he's trying to get comfy.. bless him! :D

I'm not bleeding, elle, I'm having frequent bouts of strong contractions. My body appears to be attempting to evict ahead of time.

Fascinatingly, although unrelated, I have a bipartite placenta. It's probably wrong of me that I find that rather cool, although if it breaks apart during labour it's right off to surgery for us.

    Hello all,

Elle - great to hear Rhys seems to be improving: long may it continue! And also good your mum doesn't have chicken pox :)

Busy day here today: needed to go for a drive to pick up some of the mothercare stuff we bought and missed delivery on - so a lovely 1hr drive this morning to pick it all up :) We haven't unpacked it all yet, though we did open the box to have a look at the pram and we love it :D

Also this morning was our private scan, so I took peoples advice and drank a whole bottle of cold lucozade before we went in :D It was a lovely clinic with very friendly staff. Package we chose gave us a 2D scan, 10 minute DVD from scan, 2 A4 photo printouts, and 20 photos on CDRom :) They're not 100% sure, but they think we're in team Pink!! :j Lovely people are giving us a free 15 minute scan appointment in 4 weeks time to make sure, but the woman said going by her instincts its a girl and I'm happy with that :D Bubs was being very demure and had her feet crossed at the ankles most of the time, but was also able to touch her nose with her feet which was sooooo cute :D Also very reassuring as I really haven't felt much at all (though I think I might have felt a bit of movement over the last couple of days) so it was wonderful to see her bouncing around and kicking me - turns out she's hitting the placenta so no wonder I can't feel it yet :)
