Fashion crisis, as my two pair of maternity jeans have shrunk in the wash (don't dare argue), I', left with two pale denim skirts that are very comfy and horrid swollen legs. But is it OK to wear black tight with pale denim skirts? It looks ok to me, but is it one of those things that folk snigger at? (I'm all worried!).

Pale with leggings is fine but not with tights - looks chavvy, sorry. Have you got some leggings?

Glam - I kno this is a bit random but I have been meaning to say it 2 u for ages and keep forgetting
Have you been keeping up the bio-oil on ur boobs? (sorry I sound like such a perv!)
If not I suggest u do because I have a scar on my nip that got really sore when I was feeding Chris so I've been a bit weary of it this time in preparation but obv you have even more scars that could get sore.
I haven't been going around thinking about ur boobs honest! :p

Boob scars will hurt?! I have scars from my enlargement, but only underneath, and I am dousing myself with Bio Oil every day so hopefully it will be OK, although tehoil is doing nothing to help with the increasing pain from my hernia scar which is worrying me quite a lot now.

OH said 'it won;t split open, it will just hurt a lot' and then hugged me as I almost cried at the thought! Need to talk to the MW about it AGAIN and make her listen this time!

I had a worrying day yesterday. Aside from sorting out two friend's major problems, the baby didn;t move at all all day and scared me senseless. I was going to call the MW today but it has been very active as normal since I woke up so not sure what yesterday was all about.

Scared me so much I'm back to knicker-checking now :o as I also have some lower tummy pain like mild period pains. I really do not want to go into labout at 32 weeks! Please tell me this is normal stretching.

Am also still wrangling with JobCentre over the JSa they owe me for December - they keep refusing me it for reasons that are nonsense! Driving me mad but I really want the money from them so have to keep being polite and talking to them. Waiting for a call back from someone now but probably will be next week as it can take 48 hours apparently.

I did get my HiPG through though which is good. Need to apply for MA now I think.

Searching - what a relief that they've got that form so you get paid! Yay!

Tiamai - I wouldn't snigger! But then I have no fashion sense whatsoever. I suppose that doesn't help, does it?

I don't want to drag the thread down but I think I need to say it so that you all know..

We've had a talk with the consultant, and the long term prospects are not good (think wheelchair and feeding difficulties). They're not even sure if he will make it to long-term right now.. His kidneys are still not functioning as they should and his system is getting blocked up with acids. There are only so many medications they can give him to help with that before it gets too much for him.. We are pressed every day and by every different consultant (practically a new one every day) for a "resus decision" should it come up. No-one can yet give us a time scale on how long until that decision is needed if he doesn't improve any - that's the hardest thing (well, ya know, amongst all the rest of it!). We just have to cherish every minute - have had him out of his incubator this afternoon for a cuddle - and pray he can get through this, but there are a hell of a lot of odds stacked against him at the minute :(

And, no, before someone says it, I don't know what you can say in reply to all that either! Just promise me you are all enjoying your pregnancies xx

Elle - massive hugs to you. :A

My cousin's little boy was really ill when he was born. He had an operation on his heart in the womb, then was born 6 weeks early, was in intensive care for ages, and has had lots of health problems since but nothing like what they thought and he is two in July, so I think maybe the doctors just give you the worst case and maybe it won;t be like that?

    Stay strong. xx

well yes but her in particular but she is mad she has a 2yr old and an 8mth old and is broody as a very broody chicken  I don't expect it from her coz she knows what it is like to have 2 kids and how they get out of u! :rotfl:

I'm also sick of people telling me baby should be coming any minute  I know Chris was officially 3 days early but I knew he was coming earlier than 'they' said coz 'they' were wrong about when I was due by 17 blooming days!
