Pink pig as caz say's would it not be best to claim? My mum had to claim when I knocked the iron on her carpet
it was in the middle in front of the fire so no chance of stratigic furniture moving :rotfl:
Or do you have any off cuts so you could cut out a patch?
Tink - while ur here, If ur eye lids are still pale it is a common sign of anemia so call MW let her kno u think ur anemic and she may want to do a blood test.
(I'm not a fan of blood tests so personally I increase my iron rich foods and take my preg suplements and only see MW if I'm not feeling better after a few days but obviously this is NOT what anyone should do)0 -
Good luck Tia - sorry, I've been so whingey this morning I forgot about your exam.

Mrs M i realised its the smell of onions on my hands and it just seemed like it was coming from everything but the swelling has really gone down so thats good also think i worry far too much ... she had a feel around and his is definately down and she says i could go at any moment as he really is pushing hisself down so i came home and cleaned :rotfl: but OH area of games, wires and computers is driving me mad i dont touch them as i have a habit of braking stuff so have to wait for him to do it but grrrrrrrr .... ...

Oh and good luck Tia! Sending you lots of good luck vibes, some long distance information storage and recovery hypnotherapy and hoep wriggling bump won't be too distracting and my boy is going mental in there today and I don't think i could do an exam while he was doing that!0

pink can you not claim off your house ins???
Excess is £200 so not really worth claiming for the sake of £100, losing no claims, premium increase next year etc. Plus we can manage while we save up for the new one. As long as everything is straight for when the baby comes that's all I'm bothered about! When DS was small DH thought it a great idea to totally gut the house and re-plaster/build walls/put new floors in etc. so I'm looking forward to being able to enjoy this one with no work being done!
Sami - yes I have a piece that we could cut out of so will try that. It's a plain carpet so no patterns or anything. Fortunately it's to the side of the room so we can put one of the sofas against the wall to cover it up for nowSealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -
Tia - Good luck for the exam!
Just about to pop over and finish reading the BS thread! Some really emotional one on there! God job the office is quiet today - it could take some time.
Glam - I'm trying to keep on top of things too, but I can't get to grips with the flylady thread - they do thing in the wrong order ie: bedding is only ever washed at weekend so I have time to dry it and out it back on! lol! I have an hour whilst hubby is at kickboxing to get things done, but I'm not allowed to hoover and yesterday I knocked two bowls out of the cupboard, they smashed and I was told its cos I'm doing too much :confused0 -
Sugar - hope everything settles down for you soon! Sounds like baby is getting eager to meet you! Eek!0
