Thats what I thought with us. I didn't think to ask what the appointment was for at the time as I was so bedazzled with the whole being pregnant thing and I had people making appointments with me here there and everywhere. I might call them.DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 19017/05/08 - Total on DMP: £10025.7007/05/14 - Total on DMP: £1666.20 DFD: July 2017!!Baby Tomos born 5th June 2009 - 6lb 5oz :jWeight Loss Target - to lose 60.8lb by NYE 2015 - 37.6lb TO GO0

I Had a great anniversary weekend :jFirst hubby made me breakfast in bed he sneaked out the house v early while i was asleep and got me croissants that had just come out of the oven strawberries and melon, cup of tea and a glass of orange. Came down stairs to lots of flowers every where and a big box of chocs. We always buy each other something to do with the year this year is wood so he got me some wooden spoons and a photo frame. Dropped ds off at parents and then went out for the day. Arrived at hotel and had a good swim not sauna or steam room for me though. Had a lovely meal but lots i couldn't have. liver parfit seafood, deep fried brie etc drooled while dh drank a £7 glass of wine while i had water. Made up for it at breakfast full english, toast, tea and juice. Came home late last night and had a takeaway so i am well and truely fooded out. No wonder i can't fit in to any clothes.

Hi ladies & bumps, I keep just about catching up then nod off before I get chance to post!
First things first, big wriggly vibes to Rhys and hugs to his family. My friend had her little fella at 29 weeks back in Jan, he's doing fantastic now after a few scary days when he was born. Its amazing what the scbu teams can do, I know what Elle means about them getting you involved. Its unbelievable that so quickly you seem to learn a whole new language from the nurses and your doing the tubes/feeds & changes in the incubator.
Secondly huge labour vibes to all those in need and congrats to all the new arrivals.
Ive been reading the flylady thread too and am determined to get ontop of the house the next week or so, mainly because we've got a landlords inspection next week and although the actual landlord came a week ago to fix something and was happy with the house its the letting agents coming this time and I know they pick fault in anything!
Finally, (and sorry to have waffled on so much!) is it ok to use 4head sticks in pregnancy? Ive been getting really bad headaches this week but Ive been drinking plenty so dont think Im dehydrated. I prefer not taking tablets if I dont have to so thought this might be ok but cant see anything on the packaging and the pharmacist wasnt much help either
Thanks, BeckyBelly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -
MM I didn't have any appointments at 36 other than MW. Then GP at 38 weeks and MW again at 40...
GTT - Glucose tolerance test - you'll know if this has been booked by your GP as more than likely you'd have had several urine samples with glucose in them.
The hospital appointment could be anything really... could even be a tour of the maternity section - some hospitals round here do them (mine didn't...) so you know what to expect when you go in to deliverDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Not sure... I am not sure of the active ingredients in it so I wouldn't unless you've checked with GP - take paracetamol and if the headache persists then it's VERY important that you call your GP or MW...
persistent headaches that don't go away with paracetamol can be a sign of pre-ecclampsia so please don't ignore it... I know you don't want to take tablets if you don't have to but at least paracetamol are safe to take during pregnancyDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Mine was booked my MW cos my Mum has type 1 diabetes so I am at risk of gestational diabetes. If they've not told you to fast then it might not be for this.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Hi Boo, was just trying to work out how far along you are. My headaches started about 3 months then stopped at 16 wks. MW said it was something to do with placenta and recommeded caffiene as did someone on here, coca cola. It worked a treat but I would always say, as did Mrs T that speaking to your MW is always best even just for reassurance. XToo many children, too little time!!!0
