I love old style names. One of my friends has picked Betsy as her girl name (she's not pg or anything, just for in the future) and I think it is lovely.
I also love Ruby but am worried it is too popular. Luckily OH and I agree on Martha, just not what should go with it!
Ooh Searching I will dispatch hubby to get me some of those whilst I am at work tomorrow. Your bday sounds good- you can't beat a good brekky!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Someone was due on my birthday, 24th Aug, but not now. Might have been Shelvis, dunno if her EDD was changed.Too many children, too little time!!!0

SM, it's all I can fit in for lunch now. Just had soup and bread as my main meal. As my idea of eating out being such a treat I skip the main at the mo and go straight for the sweet!Too many children, too little time!!!0

Ok, names- OH and I have decided on our boys name, but not a girls one. Still have ages to go but at the moment I really like Martha. Does anyone else like that? Also I'd like a one syllable name to go with it as a middle name.I like Rose but OH has vetoed it- can't think of any others!
I like Martha - we had 2 molly lambs when I was growing up and we called them
Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarbara
and
Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaartha

GISI - I like Martha. I put it on my list, by OH just doesn't get the re-hashing of older names. He just pictures old women when I have mentioned Daisy/Ruby etc!

I love Liberty and Neve but have a cousin Libby and a step-sister Niamh so both are no-nos for us. I would probably go with Niamh if it wasn't for my step-sister- I love it.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0
