Well I had physio app and they have said it is spd, have given me support band (verrry large tubi-grip) which feels as if it is doing some good.
Hope everyone else is ok x

I had a group physio appointment last week and they said they have no budget for support bands, although they did offer crutches. I've got exercises to do but they don't seem to do anything. At least I've only got a matter of weeks left now.

Did he admit to the drinking this time MrsM ?
But your right about it being better in the open, much more likely for him to get some help.

Good luck to you, and make sure you try to relax a bit, you still need to take care of you and bump ! :)

My MIL has just been over and gave me a support pillow, baby monitors, cotton wool, baby wipes, nappy bags, baby shampoo, a bath support, a burping cloth, 2 babies hats and a wee white cardigan. She also asked if we want the money she was going to give us now to buy the cot instead of after the bubs is born !!! :)
I have quite a nice MIL, don't you think ???

    Take care Mrs M. XXX

Jvic, I had the tubi-grip thingy last time, not much help for me. This time they have given me a physio-med band here http://www.physio-med.com/modules/shop/view.asp?Prodcode=S-MBB1&catid=9&rangeid=155 which is much more supportive.

Hugs to Mrs Moc - please make use of all the help and support offered, but please listen to the consultants if he advised you stay ;)

Glad to hear Elle is doing well, and fingers crossed baby Reece gets another clear scan. Reading the updates from Elle's Mum makes me go all goose-bumpy.

I'm wearing these silly tights from Emma Jane. They really are uncomfortable. I think it was Glam who posted about them...Yes, they are too tight around the thigh area but there seems to much material around bump and crotch

Had MW appointment yesterday. Everything fine, measuring spot on for dates, Mister Bubs give the MW a good kick :D I actually got a nice one - not sure if she is genuinely nice or if it cos I was overheard last time

Mrs Moc, hugs for you, glad you have mum and MIL support.
Jvic, its all such a lottery over what care you get, the tubi grip does take some of the pressure off but stairs and moving in bed are a nightmare still.

MIL just said she heard I had a rough night . (Must adjust bed):o.

    MM nice MIL:T.

I was given the tubi grip this time as the physio thought it might take some of the pressure off my pelvis, but to be honest, I am finding it too uncomfortable to wear for longer than a couple of hours at a time. And it makes me really itchy !!!!!
