DVD's were invented for this precise purpose. YOu work for the greater good of your famly just make sure its a decent length dvd.

3 1/2 is a good age to start potion making :) - somewhere that can't get mucky or on top of a tea towel - keeps them amused whilst you clean the kitchen - best done in the garden but the kitchens a good bad day making venue

    Fairy potion or soup :)
    get a 3 1/2 year old
    add a big bowl,
ADD water and food colouring -
lots of odd bits of old ingredients in the cupboards,
maybe some glitter or some flower petals.
    Brilliant :)
    Stir for ages making wishes

    Mother of two
    12 DD
    14 DS

No idea when they got that big - they are still bubblets - and lovely

I am the stripeysock wearing, mad lady who works up in the frozen north loves gardening - good luck - xx

Also doesnt help that its every saturday, 9-5 and that wasnt in my plans lol.

    Morning all you lovely peeps!

Rc01 have you got a diary thread? Is that where you are posting your SOA? I posted mine the other day with a deficit of £200  soon got loads of ideas to lower it. Dont be scared we are here!! x x

Andan - Your list is Mahooooooosive !! When do you ever rest?

    Today I have/will:
    • Finished my 101 list :jat some ridiculous time this morning (think it was about 1.30am!!) and set up my blog for it.
    • Having a family photo shoot, you get a large photo free and it all only cost a tenner.
    • Watch Eurovision with my £1 dip and 25p tortillas, in the bad with money days we used to have a HUGE party that cost in the region of £200  so think this is quite a saving!
    • Scratchees and clicks
    • Any surveys that wing their way to me.
    • Storecupboard tea as per mealplan
    • Maybe start following weeks mealplan
    • Go to flat to sort it out a bit more before valuation
    • Hokey Cokey at 30
    • Look for more things to Ebay!!
Sure there is loads else but mind gone blank, no change there then!!:rotfl::rotfl:

    Have a lovely Saturday everyone x x

Hi everyone - I haven't had much of a chance to get on and post for a few days but I've just caught up and have to say well done - loads of great achievements and progress made this week!

I had a lovely evening last night. We had friends round for £1.25 pizzas from the corner shop and watched a stand-up DVD that I got from a charity shop ages ago. Far cheaper than our local comedy club which is a favourite friday night haunt, and no taxi fare!

Unfortunately I have woken up with a stinking cold, but on the plus side that means I will be more likely to achieve a NSD.

Hey guys, haven't posted for a while but am finding myself spending on my (very low limit) credit cards again so need to get myself back on track before I find myself not debt free again!

    Things to do today:

No breakfast in this morning so left for work early and went to Asda to bulk buy fruit and soy yoghurts, also 2 massssssive cartons of Tropicana for £3 - poured some into an empty juice bottle that I keep in the cupboard and OH took the rest home. Cheaper than going to the cafe next door!

Working at PT job this morning for extra money and free cinema tickets next week

Scrounged through lost property giveaway bag and found a nice leather TopShop bag and Orla Kierly makeup bag, might keep or might sell on Ebay :)

OH isn't going to the pub to watch the football so have found him a website to watch it on (ssshhh)

Storecupboard meal, got 18 eggs to use up!

Low spend and transfer all spare money to savings and CC balance to try and get even again

    Have good days everyone! xx
