Hi SS, fantastic, I have had my odd days where I have felt like poop but thats because CD has suddenly kicked my totm in  I dont get them due to a medical condition... 11days of constant floods isnt good :o Day 4 before I got into ketosis and yesterday were my worse two days other than that it really has been a brezze. I am on day 13 now and weigh in is tomorow. First wi was 9lb so I was aiming for 4lbs this week but I dont think it will happen because of my totm so maybe 2lbs  I didnt think it would be this easy but I am not a social creature so its fab. Expesive but worth it so far... I just keep plodding on and see where I get to ~ no cheats yet.

Been thinking about it all week Skinty. Sat here in tears because they're having a meal together.

  • Thanks SS, I will keep it up for as long as I can stomach it :j

Spud, I see it must really be hard. Especially with children because you have to explain everything. The problem is this has such a big impact on your life/social life that its tougher than normal diets. Have you though about moving up to a higher plan so that you can have a meal in the evenings? I am fortunate enough that I have only really had to give up my monthly pub meal with mum because we hardly ever eat together anyway. I would hate you to give up and then regret it ~ you are doing so well too :D

Can't you still sit with them and have your shakes? I used to do that when I couldn't eat for weeks on end. Then you're there with the conversation?

    Spud

    I completely understand.

Why not do the Add A Meal?
