Mine arrived today but the other 1 still hasn't turned up, I called them and they have a few prizes that they can't match up to peoples wins. xx

Call the number Kittycatty has posted above, as she says ask to speak to Karen, it might take you a few attempts to get hold of her, she's always out of the office

but once you get hold of her, Karen does her best to sort the win out for you,

I've had to chase up 2 wins, but with Karens help I managed to get it all sorted :j

every time I've rung and left a message I've never been called back,

I've just kept ringing untill I get hold of her (9am has been best), altho granted when Karen says she will ring back, she has done :-)
