If you win by text you definitely have to send the pack in. Mine was a big pack of tortillas so I had to send it as a large letter too.

This is taken from the WEM you get straight after a win so you really need the packs

Winners must retain the promotional pack (or Free Entry Result Letter) used to win in order to claim any prize. You will be contacted by a prize fulfillment representative via your email address within 10 working days of receiving this email. The representative will confirm what prize you’ve won and provide you with a FREEPOST address in order for you to send in your full name, address and promotional pack (or Free Entry Result Letter) used to win. i won on an umarked bag from a promo multipack, i rang the phone number i found on this thread and they said its ok theyve had quite a few like this. As long as you send the packet theres not a problem..

You could of ate them & then folded up to packet to a size smaller than a postcard!!

No idea... just luck... my hubby enters everyday too but he hasn't won... though he is happy as he will be getting my first prize.... :j
