Terms and Conditions: McCoy's Gadget Promotion

1. Open to residents of the UK, Isle of Man (IoM), Channel Islands (CI) and Republic of Ireland (ROI). 16+ only. Excludes employees and their immediate families of United Biscuits (UK) Limited, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Simply send your name and address to McCoy's Gadgets – NPN, PO Box 485, Wilstead, Beds, MK45 3BP, UK. A four digit code will be sent to you to enter via text or online. Please retain your original 'Free Entry Results Letter' in order to claim any prize.
3. Promotion closing date: midnight 30/09/09
4. To enter, text the last four digits of the 13 digit barcode number on the back of all promotional packs to 80035 (UK, IoM & CI residents) or +447624800154 (ROI residents). You can alternatively enter online, simply visit www.mccoys.co.uk and follow the simple instructions.
5. Only one entry per mobile number / email address per day.
6. Texts will be charged at the standard network rate of your provider, typically 10p -12p (UK, IoM & CI residents only). ROI residents will be charged the standard international rate set by their network provider. Texts may not in all cases be included in text-inclusive packages. Promoter's entry acknowledgment texts are free of charge.
7. All participants entering via text or online will be notified if they have won or not immediately after entry. Winners must retain the promotional pack (or Free Entry Result Letter) used to win in order to claim any prize. Winners only, will be contacted by a prize fulfilment representative via the mobile number or email address used for entry within 10 working days after receiving winning notification. The representative will confirm what prize you've won and provide you with a FREEPOST address in order for you to send in your full name, address and promotional pack (or Free Entry Result Letter) used to win. Proof of ID may be required for prizewinners. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days.
8. Sending a text message is not proof of receipt of entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond its control.
9. Prizes will be awarded to those whose receipt of entry (by text or online) most immediately follows 1 of 1000 randomly selected winning moments (generated under independent supervision). Only one random prize, per random winning moment.
10. The prize fund: 1000 gadgets to be won (up to 12 to be won daily). Consisting of 84 x iPhone 3G 8GB (Each phone is supplied with a UK O2 Pay As You Go Sim Card and will require O2 top up card purchases to activate and use. Republic of Ireland residents only will receive a €10 cheque to contribute towards an Irish O2 Pay As You Go Sim card and Air Time Voucher); 84 x Sony Playstation 3 Console (80GB); 832 x iPod Nano Black (8GB).
11. No cash alternative in whole or part available for all prizes concerned.
12. Participants will be asked by text or on the promotional website if they would like to opt-in to receive SMS or email updates on the latest news and information from McCoy's. Should the participant opt-in and decide at a later date that they would no longer like to receive these updates, they should reply STOP to 80035 (UK, IoM & CI) and +447624800154 (ROI) or click on the opt-out link available in the emails received.
13. By entering this promotion, prizewinners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required.
14. Name and county of prize winners will be available to anyone sending a stamped SAE marked to 'McCoy's Gadgets – Winners List', PO Box 485, Wilstead, Beds, MK45 3BP, UK within three months of the promotion closing date.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion, if deemed necessary, due to circumstances outside of their reasonable control.
16. By entering this promotion all participants are bound to the Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters. Correspondence will not be entered into.

I posted this comp yesterday but it was deleted when it shouldn't have been. Thanks to the OP for reposting.

I've only seen the promotional packs once and, when I went back to the same shop, they'd reverted to selling the non promotional ones. If anyone sees the promotional packs, it would be helpful if they could post on here the shop and location.

after it says checking code it comes up with sorry you have not won or (I'm guessing) you will get a winning message come up if you win
