Questions about fittings and contents form

Actually firstly - my husband is the owner of our property. Is he the only one who needs to sign the sellers form or do I as well? It says it needs both sellers if applicable to sign the instruction form.
In the fittings and contents form (TA10) its asking about basic fittings, tv etc. Am I ticking to say they are included or writing how many we have got. If we havent got something do I leave it blank, put a line through it or x it
Then on the Property Information Form (TA6) it asks if the sale is dependent on the seller buying another property. As we are still looking for somewhere to buy but have somewhere we can go in the maintime I am guessing we tick no?
I think thats it :rotfl:I would ask the solicitor but with them being off until Monday and me wanting to get it sorted this weekend I would ask the lovely MSE!
Thanks

You put an x through everything you are taking(if willing to sell put a price) and a tick through things you are leaving.
It shouldnt say tvs but will say tv arieal.
If you are tying in a sale you say yes if your not you say no.
if none at property put an x.Pawpurrs x0 -
Also, if there is something you are not to sure about leaving at the moment, but may possibly decide to leave when you move, then best to say it's not going to be left. Something like curtains say; you may be unsure if you'll want to take them untill you've found a house to buy.
If you do it the other way round, say you're going to leave something & then change your mind, it can cause a lot of hassle. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
You're not the only one who's found this confusing! I was totally confused by 'telephone reciever' we though it must be a phone point, not the handset surely, but looking it up on google showed it was actually the handset.0
