I was thinking of the stepper as something I could do in front of the television for a few mins in the evening.
Yes, it might work for you if you have a busy lifestyle.
My husband is the same. He gets up, uses it in the morning and then has a shower, so he saves the time of travelling to a gym.
You do have to be motivated though.
If you keep at it then an improvement is guaranteed.
It might be stating the obvious but they don't work just sat in the cupboard.
I always find the biggest difficulty is getting started.
Once I get going then the endorphins and the results encourage me to continue but it's just getting started in the beginning which is the biggest challenge.
Doing the exercise is fine, it's making yourself do it in the first place which is the difficulty.0 -
I got a carl lewis eliptical trainer last week from Sainsburys. I'm trying to loose weight and get fitter it cost £69.99 and seems really good. They also had a spin cycle for the same price.
I have 3 young dd's so really need an exercise I can do at home when they are in bed, so this is great for me!0 -
