My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Do you work for ebay?
True there is nothing worse than a non-payer, but still the rules are there for a reason.
I'm only being realistic, I'm usually been 'told off' for defending ebay and thinking they actually are going to do something.
Seriously one retracted bid is not going to even get them a slap on the wrist by ebay, by all means report it but just don't expect your buyer to receive any telling off from ebay at all.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I am not having a go or anything, far from it.
In which case, ebay should remove their reporting tool. If they do nothing with your comments or do nothing with your report of it, then why bother having it there.
Is a sufferer of SAD, so don't blame me, blame the depressing English weather!!!:beer:0 -
Well, I don't kid myself ebay are gonna do anything, but I do report invalid bid retractions. My TV is broken!

The reason they can be reported is the nasty habit of bid shielding that some people partake in. I wont explain in detail here obviously.
People do make mistakes - £30.0 instead of £3.00 for example, so fair enough.
Likewise with ending a listing early - I've done maybe a dozen in the last 5 years, each time to sell off-ebay. If I was doing a dozen a week, then that would raise suspicion.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

you can add them to your blocked bidders list so they cant bid on any future auctions you have and will save you have them win an tem and then not pay for it xxAlly :T0
