I am about to buy a car with 'Blue & me' technology, but have a minimal usage on my mobile...a pound or two a month! It is a PAYG with Tesco, but not Bluetooth.
Whilst usage is not likely to increase, it would be a shame to waste the feature, and I would like to ask what would the best way be of getting a cheap Bluetooth phone, keeping the number?
Sorry, bit of a dunderhead re phones!

If you give details of your current phone make/model people can suggest a cheap similar phone with bluetooth facilities.0 -

If you look at the Tesco mobile website they offer the Nokia 2630 at £34.23. This has bluetooth.

(Unfortunately I get product not found when trying to view phone details)
I think the phone will come with a new SIM but as you are currently using Tesco you can just take that out and us your old one. The offer includes a £10 top up but I think that can only be credited against the new SIM.0 -

Your options are
1/ If you do it instore you will probably get a voucher that you can use on your existing number.
2/ You could ask them to swipe your E Top up card with the free £10.
3/ You could call Tesco Mobile customer care on 4455 and ask to have the full credit transferred to your existing Tesco number.
4/ You could use ping me a pound to transfer £1 a day from one sim to another.
Another phone that has bluetooth is the Samsung E250 priced in Tesco around £35, I have one but I prefer my Nokia 1208 as signal is better in weaker areas.0
