    You should be able to claim incapacity benefit. You have to put a claim into the benefits office for smp. They will then send you a letter stating you do not qualify but they will pass on your details for incapacity. Why you can't claim directly for incapacity I don't know, silly really. I can't remember how much I recieved but it is definately worth claiming for.

    Incapacity benefit dosnt exist anymore to new claimants tikka, ESA replaced it last October.

    Who are you suggesting might be able to claim IB/ESA?:confused:
