No - not a Previa........ Did I mention one of those?? No I didn't!!Toyota Previa?! For example http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/943872.htm
The earlier ones - say around R reg, were the better ones. But they then 'improved' them..........
Having had the 'odd' back problem ( I blame Goldspangles ) - I can only recommend the above previously mentioned. Toyota seem to come out tops. I really don't know about the Previa's and would be careful of some of certain ages...
I have a feeling in my water, that the OP would find a Rav 4 most comfortable. Though as said before, bosses wife always has an Avensis and her back problem is really really not good. Bless her.Genie

Thanks to you all for your replies, I think based on want you have all said I think maybe a Toyota Rav 4 is looking like an option. After doing some asking around a lot of people in the automotive industry have also recommended Toyota's and have said that they are second to none for reliability and I should not be afraid of buying one with high mileage, but just make sure it has a full service history.0

Dont touch the Pravia, it was the car I had for the least time, under 3 months, it was that bad.
Over £70 for a fuel filter!0 -

Until the engine has to come out for a clutch change

Oddball suggestion but may be worth looking at if the running costs of the likes of the Previa scare you off.
Second generation (2002-2008) Nissan Cube. It's based on a larger version of the Micra, but at 1.6 meters tall you might not have to bend so much.0 -
Had a Rav 4 in today for a clutch change - took four hours - engine out? Don't think so!!Bowdyjan18 wrote: »Until the engine has to come out for a clutch change

If you were charged that amount for a fuel filter - you were very very overcharged!!Dont touch the Pravia, it was the car I had for the least time, under 3 months, it was that bad.
