Short one for me this week as I'm off on a biz trip on Tuesday. Until then as follows:

Today - out to a restaurant for dinner with neighbours
Fri - spinach souffle and salad
Sat - friends over for dinner: grilled lamb chops on spicy apricot couscous, pea & lentil side dish, salad, rhubarb sponge for pudding.
Sun - grilled salmon with anchovy dressing, pea & barley orzotto, salad.
    Mon - organic veal ragout

After that, DH will have to dig into the freezer (I'll leave him a list, there is plenty of choice of 'leftover meals') Meanwhile I will be living off hotel/restaurant food in Bucharest..... this is not as nice as you might think.
    Have a good week!

    Tuesday - Pasta Bake

Wednesday - Chicken Sweet & Sour & Rice

    Thursday - Spaghetti Bolognese

Friday - Chicken Stirfry & Noodles

Saturday - Egg/Meat/Cheese Salad, New Potatoes & Crusty Bread

Sunday - Shepherds Pie, Carrots & Brocolli

Everything is homemade and has lots of hidden veg in it for the kids to unknowingly eat ;)

Breakfasts are cereal, museli, toast or porridge & fruit.

Lunches are leftover meals, soup, sandwiches, pate & crackers, hoummus & veggie sticks & salads.

Snacks are fruit, smoothies, yoghurts, toast (for the boys ), homemade hobnobs and, as we have had 2 birthdays this week, birthday cake :D. I have bought a multi pack of crisps with the instructions that when they're gone they're gone & won't be replaced until the following week :rotfl:

    Happy cooking!
