Just done a quick bit of maths and if I carry on paying off the debts at the rate I have been it will only take me another 27 months to be debt free. Thats around February 2009! :j

Just gotta find £850 a month! :rotfl:

That's fab! :T So many months off your dfd and now potentially more... is there no stopping you?! :)

  • Hey SS just been catching up with everyone's news. Can't believe your fishing gear got nicked... how horrible for you. On the brighter side I can't believe how much your debt is reducing- you're way ahead of me now, I've got some serious catching up to do. Maybe if I sell the cats and the husband on fleabay that might raise a few £???

Well done & see you on the "other" side as well when you can be bothered to look for more free bets!!

Nowt really to update on. Am in a bad mood probably coz I'm shattered (aswell as debt  )

How long can you go on regretting getting into debt! :wall:

With all my fishing gear being stolen I'm looking at it as a chance to start again! Just wish I could do the same debt wise! :(

My American Express payment came out today so will update the sig when that clears.

Think I'll go try have a sleep!

Oi you grumpy so and so :D

    Cheer Up

You have paid loads off your debt! No point regretting anything you cant do something about. Concentrate on what you can do. Get some sleep then come back over to the dark side and get some matched betting done.

Theres a repeat offer on Blue Square that will net you about £6.50 for five minutes work (and three of them will be remembering passwords). See - dont say I never give you anything ;)

And update your diary some more, its getting a bit stark in here :naughty:

Here I'll lend you my happy thought: :santa2: Its nearly Crimbo

Sounds like you're overtired and stressed (the mum in me talking  )
I know what you mean about feeling you should throw everything at your debt but you have done and then some..Cut yourself a bit of slack you are doing so damn well!!
On the fishing front..have you thought about where to store your shiny new kit?Thats probably worrying you too,the fact if you replace it they'll be back maybe.*hark at me being a shrink this time of night*...
As you know my OH is a fisherman too and if I suggested paying off something with his kit money, there'd be a rather large bump under our patio:rotfl:
You need to have one treat SS you have lived without anything else for so long just enjoy getting it..and off to bed now and get some sleep!!!:D

I dunno really! The fishing gear has started to wind me up even more. I keep thinking that I should spend some of the money on my debts because I don't 'need' middle/top of the range stuff and then I get annoyed at myself for letting those thieving ***** make me feel guilty for wanting to buy stuff that I will get my moneys worth out of and make me happy! :wall:

I swear to god if I caught them they would spend the rest of their days eating through a straw! I absolutely detest thiefs!

I just need to sleep for a couple of days solid me thinks!

Replace the fishing gear - dont even think about it. Thats what the insurance is there for. If they didnt make you happy you would have ebayed them this time last year.

Lifes too flippin short - its only money and you are doing so much more to pay it all back. I wish I was as determined as you. I could have been DF by now.
