your health is far more important than any debt or job. if you're not well stay at home and phone in sick. stay in bed or on settee and watch the footie- don't feel bad about feeling sorry for youself- it's understandable. if you have flu you'll probaly have to time off anyway- better to nip problem in bud nowFeel like sh*te and I've got a 13 hours shift ahead of me tomorrow! Got a sore throat, sore neck, sore back and sore head and am feeling thoroughly sorry for myself! Debt and flu suck!0

Well your second sentence scuppered any chances of a 'yes' to the first!!!!!!! (was going to suggest a nice rub down as well!!!):pA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort Mortgage Balance = £0 Mortgage Balance = £0 "Do what others won't early in life so you can do what others can't later in life"0 "Do what others won't early in life so you can do what others can't later in life"0

the problem with flu is that you can't cure it (sorry) and only try and alleviate the symptons- so take paracemetol or some other pain relief for headache and try and get as much sleep as possible- you can take lockets, venos, lemp sip etc or stores own brand for sore throat and to clear blocked nose but be careful because most of these contain paracetemol- the point is stick to instructions on packets- too much paracetemol is dangerous- vicks products are guite good- have soup and ice cream as easy to swallow. if possible (easier said than done) get someone to go out for you. if doesn't clear up in few days make and keep appointment to see gp who may perscribe antibiotics if you end up with chest infection- take all (yes all) of antibiotics even if you start feeling better- you have to take full course (5-7 days) for them to be effective- if antibiotics don't work go back to gp.I phoned in sick today!
