Please can Martin review the Chemist Direct threads and posts before continuing to endorse them.
I only used them because of this site, I gave them a second chance because if Martin endorses them I figure they must be ok, I put it down to a blip.
After I sort out the latest messup today I will never use them again!
A member of staff admitted to me yesterday that their delivery statement is a work of fiction and should be changed.
She also admitted that it was unlikely the bosses would listen to her.
In addition she said that a lot of their custom comes as a result of Martins endorsement.
*Short use bys on bulk order antihistamines (which is at best dishonest)
*Delivery nightmares, no dispatch notice and never in the time frame claimed. I was repeatedly told it is with RM, no it's with a courier, no it's with RM.
* Sending the wrong drugs/wrong strength etc.
*Trouble with refunds (people have talked of getting trading standards involved in some cases)
