Hiscox - nice simple insurance. Not the cheapest but by far the best I have ever had. This is our fourth year with the company.

Same thing happened to me a couple of months ago. I got the screen replaced by my insurance, but I sent it back only yesterday, as there's dust collecting underneath the screen. :(

Mate of mine bought a replacement screen on ebay and fixed it himself, and it works fine. He had to do it again recently. Iphones and being drunk dont mix apparently.

mentioned problem to an old ex boyfriend (still friends) who said he knew a good repair place he uses, took it there for me for quote, which is £80, so getting it down and bonus bit is he has even paid for it, so result all round. note to self- get decent case for it this time!!
