Is your Tesco CC a Visa one?

It undoubtedly will be as I am sure all their branded cards are Visa.

My Tesco CC got debited by Tesco DVD - and guess what Tesco CC people say I can't do a thing about it!
    i give up <head/wall interface>

    From Tescos Credit card website

    Internet Guarantee

If a transaction using your details has been carried out on the Internet without your knowledge or consent, we guarantee not to hold you liable for the fraudulent transaction."

I would assume Tesco have the same responsibilities as any credit card company. icon12.gif

i've just phoned my bank to get charge back for the 2 payments tesco took out. Fingers crossed i'll get something. i've emailed tesco and screenselect about my grievances and have had NO response from any of their management. GRR

Hurrah - back on again! Something funny's happened to my attempts to post since this afternoon's site "improvements"! I just posted a long post about Visa chargeback and it would not show me a preview. So I posted it anyway and it has disappeared! I am no longer automatically logged in when I clck on MSE. Everyone's "Thanks" buttons have vanished, and so have everyone's total times thanked, (they each say thanked 0 in 0 posts!) including mine! And when I press the "back" button it logs me out and I have to repeatedly log in again. Maybe it's just me and I'm cracking up without even realising it!!! Can someone let me know if they're having MSE problems too?! rm

Just posted a repeat of my reply that vanished. It happened again and logged me out! I want to say well done savvy! :j So pleased for you!

No point in repeating the rest in case it disappears again! I'd like to offer my 2p worth about Visa but no time to write it again (for a third time) at the moment. Maybe this'll post, maybe not!! ;) Other stuff still not working! And now the extra smiley's list wont come on!

Giving up till later - probably! rm

    I'd press your button but I can't, so I'll say 'thanks' ;)
