Vodafone Problems

I am looking for help with an issue I have with Vodafone. I got the Free Mini Dell Laptop paying £30 for 3 "Gig".
The first month they charged me half price not the free month that was promised. The internet has now stopped working. We have had no connection for nearly a month now. After several phone calls we were promised line managers would call us back to discuss our problem, but none have. We have still had no luck, Dell are to collect the laptop tomorrow and will have it for ten days. To top this off they sent us a bill today with another half price month, not the full month free.
This has been very fustrating, and the calls have probably topped a stupid amount on my phone bill. Surely, with consumer rights, I can have this cancelled without the stupid fee they charge?
