Yes, but then how would you know if bank has payed? If you authorised someone to do the claim for you does that mean that the bank will be dealing with them and not directly to you? Coz as Reclaim2gain stated on their paper they take 20% of the money bank pays you, but then does this mean they get the money first so they can take 20% from it and then give the rest to you? Because that is really what worries me, what if the bank send them the money then won't let us know the bank payed and they take all the money.
Just really confused, sorry. Hope someone can help with all these. 0 -
I understand what you are saying but the way I see it and I am sure that someone will correct me if I am wrong.
When you paid the money to start with you contracted with that company to pay them a percentage of the claim, the claim is in your name and the Bank owes you the money not the company that you in effect employed to complete all the paperwork for you.As I said I could have this totally wrong. Can anyone confirm one way or the other?0 -
That's the thing that does confuse me but anyway I am waiting for a phone call from Claims Regulation Management and ask for further info and answers on how to deal with this. I will update as soon as this happens.
Thanks to all.0
