VIP Access to Next online sale

if only it was that simple
ive found the web page https://order.next.co.uk/vipsale/index.asp?id=
but you need your acc no and postcode and time slot to logg in .
it wont let you in unless you have been invited.
anyone know a way around this?

Well I've sent them a grovely email - but it says to allow 10 days for a reply, so that's no good

I suppose its a phonecall to them next .... (padon the pun!)

I havent received an invite but may have missed it as I tried to get another slot using my dh's account (reg at his mums ::) but it wont let him.

I have used this facility for last 2 years and definitely gives you opportunity to purchase ahead of online/phone rush so availability tends to be a bit better.

I would suggest having a list of back up items as you can always return any excess.

If you miss the phone call they will call back however the availability will not be as good.

I've got Thursdays slot - makes me wonder if by then most would have sold out if sale starts on Wednesday?

I did wonder why on the actual sale day , there hardly is anything even if you get through at 6am ::)

I was gutted earlier when i read this post, Ive been a customer since the first next directory came out and dread to calculate how much I must have spent with them over the years! How dare they not send me one of those invites.

Anyway, i followed the link, attempted entering my account number and postcode and naturally it denied me access but it did throw up a phone number for the next web team.
I rang them and blagged that they had sent me an invite but i couldnt get it to work, the kind lady asked me my preferred time slot and promptly registered me.

Within seconds i got an email confirming my timeslot and giving me an individual password.

Try it!!!

Monday 27th December. Most stores open at 5am. Assume the Directory sale will start same time. :-/

If you go to https://www.next.co.uk/sale it says that the sale item list will be available to view online from Tuesday 21st Dec ;D Get your lists ready for the 27th if you can't use the VIP area.
