I don't know what would happen with any bills.
And I'm not sure if you could get a PAC if you wanted to keep the number.
This ^^
Ring them and they will give you the address to send the proof to
They will need to see proof of her ID and then they will cancel the contract. Bills would be written off etc. No PAC would be provided0 -

No she would not be blacklisted for future credit. No fraud has taken place on the part of the daughter. She can't be held accountable as she was under 18 when the contract was signed.0 -
Hi, I have to admit I did the same thing  I just called them up and everything got send out, no problems, no checks were done, no ID asked for. Eventually they found out and cancelled the contract but nothing went on my credit rating (thankfully) so dont worry, just call them up and let them know.
(before anyone starts commenting on horrible terrible it was to do a thing like that, yes I know)0/2013

I would disagree with this statement. To knowingly take out a contract by deception is fraud, no matter which way you look at it. Just because she is under 18 doesn't mean she is absolved of all responsibility and if Orange took a different view of her actions, she could get into a lot of trouble. That's in a worst case scenario which will probably not happen in this instance.
I think I need to lighten up, bad habit sorry!0 -

Credit is licensed & you will find Orange get in a hell of a lot more trouble than the daughter should "Orange take a different view of her actions".Not Again0 -
Wouldnt the daughter get into trouble some how? She did sign confirming the tems and conditions and she did agree to be "18 or over".0

Yes, credit is licensed, but does this apply to Orange who are not in the business of lending money or credit? They sell telecommunications services as a product. So in that respect the daughter would be in more trouble than Orange.0 -

I would agree it would be embarrassing for Orange and displays the failures in their sign up process, so they would probably let it go.0 -
Orange would be far more concerned with their own embarrassment at not following standard procedure rather than doing anything in relation to the daughter."MIND IF I USE YOUR PHONE? IF WORD GETS OUT THATI'M MISSING FIVE HUNDRED GIRLS WILL KILL THEMSELVES."0
