Although the later is chargeable there is a great editing facility that alows you to stitch documents together, put watermarks on and other useful stuff.
CutePDF does the job of a straight converter for FREE.0 -
CurePDF can also stich different documents together. I accidentally did it last week, so not sure how you actually do it, but it is possible lol.0
