Hi MRN just caught up with your diary you have been busy. I agree there has been so many MS lately it does make me laugh the way one of them keep increasing the price by a few quid a day in the hope someone will do them. Started at £11 now up to £30 but its too far for me and I have done loads. Hate it when they don't pay up or take ages to do it.
I have trouble sleeping too wake up at 1pm and takes me to 3 or 4pm to get back to sleep. Exercise does help me I am glad you are seeing the results of your efforts too.

Hi MCI and TG... hope you are both well.
My gym class was cancelled this evening - the other class was already fully booked, the actual gym looked rammed and I didn't have my swimming costume with me... so free night! I've decided to cook something more complex (for freezing smaller portions), make a thorough meal plan (including lunches!), repair my keyring which broke when I dropped it on the floor and try to accomplish some other odds and ends of the backlog.
Right time to meal plan and stock take the freezer/fridge/cupboard!MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -

Oooo cheeky!
TG, believe me, I'm exhausted. However, I won't sleep properly till I'm more on top of stuff. Keeping up the exercise classes helps with sleep to a certain extent but if I have lots to do my brain thinks sleeping isn't a priority.
Well... the good news is the meal plan looks delish' and I can postpone food shopping till Friday or Saturday.
The kitchen stinks of vinegar because I've got the spiced marrow chutney simmering away. I've also booked some train tickets for Dec (through TCB of course), put the recycling bin and garden waste bin (surprising how many leaves end up in the back garden) out for collection tomorrow, checked on the veggie patch (spring cabbage, sprouts and broccoli all looking good, onions are about 3 inches tall but no sign of garlic yet), snipped the stamens of a few lilies that opened today (saves getting the pollen stains on the table or carpet), collected some work snacks together (free lunch tomorrow) and made bacon and lentil broth (1 portion eaten, 3 for the freezer when they've cooled).
Just the keyring and jarring up the chutney to deal with now...!MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -
Exciting news MWFers... we've heard back from our FA. All our options have interest rates lower than we're currently on so any decision will allow increased OPs. We've whittled it down to two options:
2 year fix 2.88% £900 fees (OPs max £14k per year) - OH favouring this one as it's short and non-commital and lowest rate but he understands we'll be paying remortgage fees again in just 2 years time.
5 year fix 3.29% £995 fees (OPs max £500 per month) - I'm favouring this one as it's straight forward for a full 5 years, rates are low at the moment so this will protect us from the next 5 years worth of increases.MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -
5 years gets my voteA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
