Really? I'm not sure my rellies would be happy with a peg bag for Christmas. Although I've been getting car-boot-fodder presents from them for years!:rotfl:MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0

I guess they wouldn't make a bad additional present... I could pretty them up a bit, make with different inner and outer fabrics and use childrens clothes hangers that are colourful.
This one was specifically made quite neutral/unisex because Mr MRN is actually pretty good at hanging the washing out while I shower in the morning so I didn't want to discourage, he already gets stick from it off the neighbours!MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -

Just had a phone call. After answering and a satellite delay (!) the caller asked "Can I speak to your Mummy or your Daddy please?"
I went for "You'll have to call their house" after the 10 minute discussion about the depth of my loft insulation I wished I just said they weren't in!
Seriously though, there's so much of the yellow fluffy stuffy in our loft I'm surprised it hasn't come through the ceiling. The previous owner must have been super keen on insulation.MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -

It's been a busy weekend and due to the weather I did all the outside jobs first!!!
I finally finished painting the garden fence and OH did an excellent job of cleaning the patio and applying teak oil. Then we tackled the usual garden jobs and now its in tip top shape! Hopefully we'll have a few more nice weather days so we can actually enjoy it.
We also closed our old joint current account and old joint savings accounts - we switched both for a better rate.
£20 profit in mystery shopping over the weekend - I walked to all of them so no fuel expenses but healthier!
We had an excellent (if I do say so myself) home grown and home made plum crumble for afters today. The older the plum tree gets, the sweeter the plums get.
I had a round up of vouchers and here's the news:
£60 Arcadia
£10 M&S

Thats reminded me...really need to sort out our savings account too - its shameful that is been on such a low rate for such a long time.
