  • Hmmm, seems I should have scrolled down before responding but at least the response adds to the great and well deserved recommendation for Jamesfield

I'm going to start growing my own organic veg this year. Never been any pesticides on my garden since it was farm land in the late 50s. If you've no garden, grow in pots.

I live out in rural Perthshire, moved here from London where organic boxes were no problem - contact Bellfield last week, placed my order, left the money for them, and arrived home on Tuesday to nothing - contacted the company, only to be told "sorry, we forgot we don't deliver to your area any more". Doesn't bode well with me I'm afraid, if they can't even remember what areas they deliver to. There's an organic "hut" in Meigle in Perthshire which I'm going to try, they don't deliver but if anyone is in this area let me know if they've been there.

Crazy, isn't it that the service is well furbished in London but not in the countryside.

You should definitely try Jamesfield as well. They are really good, efficient and helpful. It's a bonie run there, too, and surrounding countryside is fair braw an aw.
